As a CEO, You know a Smart Source of Advice and Information is from other CEOs
Because they understand the same issues you face running your business.
That’s why we listened to our CEO customers and created Enterprise Minnesota Peer Councils. The old adage, “it’s lonely at the top” goes away at Peer Councils because every member is at the top of his or her company. This is where powerful idea sharing and problem solving happen in a confidential setting.
When you’re a member of one of Enterprise Minnesota’s CEO Peer Councils, you connect with people who sit in the same chair you do, deal with the same issues you do, and face the same pressures you do.
Who can participate in this group?
Council participation is by invitation only. We do this for three reasons:
- to create a high level of trust among members
- to instill confidence in who your trusting your issues to, and
- to ensure respect among members.
You begin with a 3-month introductory membership to figure out if being part of a Peer Council is right for you and is good for the group you have joined.
You are expected to make a good faith commitment to the group. In order to assure respect to all our members, your personal schedule can’t take priority over peer meetings.
What's in it for you?
In addition to the great advice from your peers, Peer Councils meet monthly and each meeting is a focused discussion based on the interests of the group. Enterprise Minnesota facilitates each group and relies on its network of experts to provide the latest information on what works and what doesn’t in the rapidly changing economic environment.
So how do I get invited?
That’s the easy part. Contact us and we will get the ball rolling.
